Dear Friends and Neighbors,
My name is Nick Pesina, and I love Tyler. I love what Tyler is today, and I am inspired by what we can build for the future. Tyler is HOME. This is why I am running to serve you on the City Council, District 4.
I am an attorney and partner at Roberts & Roberts. Service is my passion, and I try to do something every day to positively impact the Tyler community. You can find me at PATH, South Tyler Rotary, volunteering in our Tyler ISD schools, or working to best serve our city on the Half Cent Sales Tax Board. I am happily married to Bianca, and we have two great boys and a daughter on the way!
Tyler is full of opportunity. I wasn’t born in Tyler, but I got here as fast as I could! I chose Tyler because of what it has to offer. What I have learned is how much Tyler will embrace you, if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves to work for our community. Now, I want to offer myself to serve our great city.
We are a community that celebrates its heritage and tradition, while looking to build on it. Tyler is blessed with an abundant amount of resources. Whether it’s natural beauty in the form of roses and azaleas, or one of our four institutions of higher education—Tyler is a great place to work and raise a family. But what makes Tyler truly special, truly unique is its people. Tylerites, whether native or imported, share a commitment and willingness to make our community stronger.
It is no secret that as Tyler goes, so goes East Texas! So, where are we going?
- Tyler is home to a dynamic economy with three hospital systems.
- Higher education is one of our strongest economic drivers. Tyler is home to almost 23,000 college students.
- Our public and private schools are second to none and will prepare our future workforce.
Tyler is on the cusp of being more than a regional leader–we’re positioned to be an example for the rest of Texas…the rest of America! How do we get there? We do it by investing in our city and electing local officials who prioritize today, but more importantly prioritize tomorrow.
Build for the Future!
I look forward to earning your support for Tyler City Council, District 4.
